I don’t talk about trauma and Cptsd because they are ‘hot topics’ (even though they are!!

I talk about these topics because I lived them!!!!

And at one time I thought I would never be ‘human’ again!!! Yes trauma makes you feel sub-human - stuck and controlled by your protective self.

But - I am so grateful that I was able to find a way out of the stuckness that trauma created - but it wasn’t easy!!!

And that’s why I work so hard to help others come out of the fog - my goal is to share all that I learned so that others can save years off of their own recovery!!!

I know I could go on and on with how and why I think the School of Transformation is a valuable resource for anyone working through unhealed past trauma and/or Cptsd - but….yes k am biased!!
