Before we walked, ran, or lifted, we crawled. And that’s where the magic begins. Crawling isn’t just child’s play—it’s a dynamic, full-body movement that reconnects you to your natural strength and sharpens your coordination and is considered an Original Movement Form.

These forms are foundational to many disciplines, including functional fitness, martial arts, dance, and Willspace Movement training. They are valued for building a resilient and adaptable body that performs well in structured exercises and unpredictable real-world situations.
