We have been working in the fashion industry in buying and production ever since and have shared some of the best and worst times together! One of us got engaged in 2014 and then the other got engaged in 2016! O

✨ Instructor Spotlight Series: Meet Taylor ✨

Taylor tayl believes the best sessions don’t just change how you move, they change how you feel.

With a background in healthcare and a passion for helping people, she brings the same level of care into every Pilates, sculpt, and strength session she leads. Her goal is simple: to make sure you leave feeling better than when you arrived, physically and mentally.

Expect contagious energy, an incredible playlist, and thoughtfully designed sequences that challenge you while reminding you just how strong you are. Taylor has a way of making everyone feel welcome, creating the kind of environment where you can show up exactly as you are and leave feeling a little more like yourself.

Because sometimes, the best thing we can give ourselves is 45 minutes to move, reset, and remember what we’re capable of.

For so long, getting together has revolved around dinner reservations, happy hours, and brunch plans.

What if we expanded the list?

What if taking care of yourself became another reason to see the people you love?

Not because you’re trying to be healthier.
Not because you’re training for anything.

But because movement and mindfulness have a way of keeping us present.

For one hour, you’re committed to yourself and the people you showed up for.

There’s nowhere else to be.
Nothing else competing for your attention.

Just one shared experience that leaves everyone feeling a little better than when they arrived.

Dinner, happy hour, and brunch will always have their place.

This is something different.

A world where movement and mindfulness become just as natural a reason to get together as dinner reservations, brunch plans, and happy hour.

Because the relationships that make us healthiest deserve a place on the calendar, too.
