Sport is invented by people - and thus so are the barriers that exist within it. As we envision the future of sport, it’s one that remembers that the beauty of sport is in the joy that comes from connection and Play. It’s the pickup game in the backyard with friends. It’s the game of catch on the quad with classmates. It’s the spirit of teamwork. It’s saying everyone belongs.

👀 Get ready! The application for our Fall 2026 Collective Cohort goes live next Monday. This is a 15-week semester-long program that requires athletes to spend 4 hours a week on specific culture change work on their campuses. Athletes are compensated $2,500 over the course of the program. Stay tuned for the application link and see the graphics for more information.
