Free Workshop with FRANCO DIAZ and Mayssa Bastos at Unity HQ August 22nd 10:00am to 11:30am as part of our Summer Fest! Followed by an Open Mat from 11:30am to 1pm, we will also have a Free Self Defense Class from 12pm to 1pm and our Superfights will start at 1pm!
