Big wins from Empire Tri Club over the weekend. Szabi raced Ironman Copenhagen, taking nearly an hour off of his previous personal record, after extremely dedicated training and working 1:1 with an Empire Tri Club coach, to finish in 9:06 and earn a spot to KONA!
Coach Marty, trieverything & Wincheng Lin took on a marathon swim at the beautiful calm waters of the Alpha Win Racing Lake George open water 10K swim!

Huge congratulations for tremendous efforts across the board from Empire Tri Club triathletes. Excellent performances all around, and 4 of 11 competing club members landed on the podium. Erin earned 2nd in her very packed age group and Amie, Coach Marty & Coach Harry all won 1st place in their age groups!
Congratulations everyone for showing up for yourself and challenging yourself and others around you.
