Good morning everyone as you see on the flyer Wednesday 8/16 will be our scouting combined from 6-8pm all players and coaches must arrive at 5:30pm so we can start on time teams will be drafted Thursday evening

Also if you know anyone who doesn’t have Facebook who has signed up their kid please share this with them there will be a mass txt going out to everyone who signed up their kids later this afternoon Ty everyone

GIRLS SOFTBAL...

This year marks the 70th anniversary of the Gerritsen Beach Little League. The organization would like to invite everyone to come down and celebrate before our season starts, and raise some money for these kids. March 12th at the cort club from 2-6 pm the league will be having a fundraiser. We will be selling tickets prior to the event for $35 and on the day of the event for $40 at the door. Please use our leagues venmo account (-LL) for any ticket purchases or donations. If you are purchasing tickets through venmo please put your name and the word fundraiser in the notes. If any one would like to donate a big ticket item or make a basket to be raffled off please don’t hesitate to contact me at 3474768378. Hope we can get a huge turn out for a big milestone in this great organizations history.

WELL TODAY WAS A HARD BUT VERY SATISFYING DAY..... IT WAS THE LAST DAY OF FLAG FOOTBALL... AND IT JUST MIGHT BE MY LAST SEASON .... 8 YEARS AGO I HAD AN IDEA AND WITH THE HELP OF A VERY GENEROUS COMMUITY I STARTED GERRITSEN BEACH FLAG FOOTBALL... ME AND KERI HAVE MET SOME AMAZING PEOPLE AND MADE SOME LIFE LONG FRIENDS ... NOT TO MENTION THE PURE JOY OF WATCHING ALL THE YOUNG KIDS GROW UP...AND THE COACHES RELIZE HOW MUCH THEY LOVE FOOTBALL AND HOW MUCH THEY HAVE TO OFFER...THIS WILL ALWAYS BE ONE OF MY PROUDEST INDEVERS...GIVING BACK AND DOING GOOD THINGS IS AN AMAZING FEELING..I THANK GOD HE GAVE ME A CHANCE....CONGRADULATIONS TO THE RAVENS 12-14 CHAMPS... THE SAINTS THE 9-11 CHAMPS AND THE BRONCOS THE 6-8 CHAMPS... I HOPE THIS LEAGUE CONTINUES TO GROW AND BE THERE FOR KIDS AND THERE PARENTS TO BUILT MEMORIES... LOVE FROM THE DRESSMANS
