Sometimes in life we are faced with having to let go of things, people, places, and habits. Change is something we all must go through and some of us handle it with more grace than others. The one thing I have always believed is that everything, even tho it might be hard in the moment, happens for a reason. The more we accept this process, the more we will see that it is just a natural cycle to life. We can get stuck and not appreciate what is about to come. Life is beautiful and it is all in the way we decide to look at it that will dictate our experiences with it. I choose everyday to surround myself with joy because there were moments when I allowed my fear of the unknown to stop me in my tracks. Belief is a powerful companion. Try to believe in the process, embrace life for what it is and you will discover more happiness and fulfillment than you ever imagined. This I promise. 💖

Teaming up in July with my lovely friends in London to help people get a better understanding of the KonMari Method ™ and the meaning behind ‘Spark Joy’ Life is about choices and every time you truly tap into what resonates joy in your life, be it people, places, experiences and things you will see your life transform. Life is too short not to choose joy. I challenge everyone to dig deep into their hearts and take a moment to see what makes your soul smile.

Last weekend culminated with meeting the inspiration for my new venture She exudes joy and it was an honor to have a moment with her.

This weekend was filled with blessings. I not only got to attend an incredible seminar propelling me on my quest to help people transform their lives and also met author of the KonMari Method ™. She was lovely and signed my book! 😊💖

Laundry Room Reborn! Swipe left to see the before.The shelves were no longer supporting all the products, and everything out just feeling very congested, we removed the old shelving, replaced it with elfa shelving from , discarded unused products, decanted detergents, and made this room feel inviting. Creating spaces which we enjoy makes doing working them that much more enjoyable. Try to always add something personal into your spaces. Practical is important but so is a joyful space, and you can have both!! 💫 @ Boca Raton, Florida
