Do you have a tween or teen in your life who would enjoy programming especially for them? We have many options this fall! Co-Ed Gymnastics (12-17) on Mondays and Saturdays, Tween/Teen Pilates on Mondays, Tween/Teen Handstands and Partner Acrobatics on Tuesdays, Tween/Teen Yoga on Thursdays, and Tween/Teen Ground Circus on Fridays. Adults dance, too! Come to Sokol for adult ballet, modern, swing, Latin, and musical theater dance. Classes are welcoming for dancers of all abilities and ages, including absolute beginners and seniors. Check it out using the website link in bio.

Registration is now open for Sokol's Fall 2026 adult programming! Offerings include gymnastics, dance, fitness, aerial arts, and more. A number of adult classes align with youth classes to enable grownups to enjoy class while their children are occupied. Sokol is excited to offer dance classes for youth as young as age 4. From creative movement to ballet to musical theater dance to hip hop to contemporary, there's sure to be something for everyone. Our teachers are wonderful and warm, and students will have fun developing their technique and creativity. Register using the website link in bio.

Just for Sokol followers— a sneak peek at our full Fall schedule including youth and adult classes. We are happy to be offering a number of adult classes that align with youth class times, so grownups can bring their children to class and then enjoy class for themselves. We have so much to look forward to this September!

Rhythmic gymnastics is back at Sokol! After a hiatus, we are delighted to be able to offer rhythmic gymnastics for participants ages 6-12 during the 2026-2027 season. We are welcoming a wonderful coach who is a former competitive rhythmic gymnast and specializes in conditioning for youth athletics. Register using the website link in bio.

Summer classes at Sokol run through August 3. Join us on Monday evenings at 6:45 for adult ballet or at 7:00 for adult gymnastics. Gymnastics class is followed by a pot luck social gathering. Website link in bio.
