Fond farewell. Yesterday the city began demolishing the China Banks. A modest bridge that overlooked Kearny street and has given refuge to the skate and bike worlds for the last 40+ years. The dust has yet to settle on a community that has become all too familiar with losing its iconic street spots. This much is sure, I’m grateful that a spot like this was even constructed in the first place.

Safe travels you two. This evening, I printed some 35mm photos of TATSU and AL during their two month stay in San Francisco. They’ll be in Los Angeles for the next couple of weeks so reach out and show them around town if you live in LA. Until next time ✌️

The long hallway. It’s been rad riding track bikes and connecting with the last few days. Here’s a shot of him threading the needle through bumper to bumper traffic in downtown yesterday. He’s in SF with for a couple of months, so reach out and show em’ both around this incredible city.

10 points if your wheel touches the lens. Rolling around and doing wheelies with AL on his Brooklyn Machine Works, fixed gear build. It might not look like it, but his front wheel has entered into the splash zone and is inches from the fisheye.
