Brain fog. Heavy legs. Fatigue. That “I need to sit down NOW” feeling. 😰 With POTS and other forms of orthostatic intolerance, blood can pool in the legs AND abdomen when you’re upright, which means leg compression may only be addressing part of the problem.

That’s why where you compress matters.

🦵 Leg compression can help reduce pooling in the lower body.
❤️Waist/abdominal compression can help reduce pooling in the abdomen.
⬆️ Together, they can support blood returning upward toward the heart.

For some people, waist-high compression, or combining leg + abdominal compression, can offer more support than lower-leg compression alone.

Because sometimes the goal isn’t just compression. It’s compression where the blood is pooling. ❤️

Did you hear the news? All chronic illnesses can actually be cured with yoga and essential oils…

JUST KIDDING.

To anyone who has been told this, or any variation of it, we’re sorry you’ve had to fight so hard just to be seen, believed, and understood.

Chronic illness is hard enough on its own. You shouldn’t also have to constantly prove that what you’re experiencing is real.

We see you. We believe you. And we support you. 🧡🧡🧡

Your lower back deserves a better team. 🧡 When your core disconnects, your lower back often works overtime to stabilize your spine. Jelliebend gives a little extra support to help take some of that workload off. 🙌

Hypermobility isn’t just “being bendy.” When joints have a larger range of motion, the muscles around them often have to work harder to create stability. That can mean more fatigue, more tension, and that “my body is holding itself together” feeling.

A big piece of this is proprioception — your body’s ability to sense where it is in space. For some hypermobile bodies, gentle sensory feedback from compression can help give the nervous system more information. That added input may support:

✨ better body awareness
✨ improved sense of joint position
✨ gentle core engagement
✨ a greater feeling of stability
✨ less overworking from surrounding muscles

Jelliebend is designed to offer gentle compression and sensory feedback without rigid bracing. Instead of forcing your body into position, it helps give your brain and body clearer signals so your muscles can coordinate support more effectively.

For hypermobile bodies, support is not always about restriction. Sometimes it is about better input.
