A huge thank you to NIA Community Services Network, Councilmember Kayla Santosuosso, and Senator Andrew Gounardes for inviting Fort Hamilton Senior Recreation Center members to attend this year's Senior Prom at Dyker Beach Golf Course!

Our members had a wonderful afternoon filled with music, dancing, laughter, and great company. Events like these create meaningful opportunities for older adults to stay active, social, and connected to their community.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our Golden Whisk: Cookie Showdown! πŸͺπŸ† What a fun (and delicious!) event filled with amazing homemade treats, friendly competition, and lots of sweet memories.

A special thank you to our neighborhood bakery cafΓ©, Paneantico, for generously donating a gift card prize, and to one of our wonderful members for donating the beautiful winner’s plate!

Congratulations to Matty, our official Best Cookie Champion - who baked Smore's & Chocolate Chocolate Chip cookies! It was truly a tough decision with all of the incredible, delicious cookies everyone baked up. Thank you to all who participated, baked, tasted, and helped make this event such a success.
