Emma is Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher with over 25 years of teaching experience. Her classes blend dynamic movement, music, philosophy, meditation and creative sequencing to create classes that are both physically invigorating and deeply inspiring. Emma began studying Ashtanga Yoga with Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India, before training directly with Jivamukti founders Sharon Gannon and David Life in New York.
