To my female founders, busy professionals, ambitious girlies…you are too damn busy to be spending your precious time & energy in the gym WITHOUT GETTING REAL RESULTS.

We’re going to fix that, so go ahead and save this now.

If you’re ready to go from random workouts to a plan that transforms your body in half the time, here’s what you need to do:

1. Get yourself on a program: there’s a huge difference between an expert designed program and a program your boyfriend writes for you…however just start somewhere!
• purchase a program
• hire a coach
• ChatGPT it for all I care
But please STOP wasting your time doing random classes or whatever you’re in the mood for each time you walk into the gym.

2. Commit to 2-4 days of strength work: if you want to see real change, you need to hit each muscle group of the body two times per week.
• this can be three days of total body
• push/pull/legs
• anterior/posterior chain
There are endless ways to split up your workouts. It just needs to be intentional - not random.

3. Up the Intensity. Repeat. Up the intensity. Repeat.
if you want to see significant change in your body, you must progressively overload the system. This doesn’t just mean increasing weight or reps. You can also adjust:
• tempo
• stability
• rest times
• stability
you just want to keep upping the anti slowly, but surely.

The biggest lie in health and fitness is that if you can’t make it to the gym, the day is a write-off.

It’s not.
