Life and health coach taking you on a journey to elevate yourself to your highest level!

Sunday is your reminder that you don’t have to wait for a new month, a new year, or a “perfect time” to reset.

Sometimes becoming HER looks like doing more.

Sometimes it looks like saying no.
Cleaning your space.
Changing your routine.
Protecting your energy.
Keeping a promise you made to yourself.
Walking away from what no longer fits.

Before another week begins, ask yourself:

Does the life I’m living match the woman I’m becoming?

And if the answer is no… choose one thing you can do differently this week.

Your glow starts long before anyone can see it. ✨

This journal isn’t asking you to become someone new. It’s asking you to finally meet the woman who’s been underneath all the expectations, survival mode, people-pleasing, self-doubt and shrinking. ✨

The woman who knows she can be soft AND strong. Ambitious AND rested. Independent AND feminine. The woman who no longer feels guilty for wanting more—or obligated to make herself smaller so everyone else feels comfortable.

That’s what The Glow Journal is about.

Not perfect skin.
Not a perfect body.
Not pretending life is perfect.

It’s about the kind of glow that happens when your mindset changes, your boundaries get stronger, your confidence gets quieter but deeper, and you start choosing a life that actually feels like yours.

And this line? 🥹

“You are not required to dim your light so other people can feel comfortable standing next to it.”

Somebody needs to read that twice.

This journal is for the woman who knows there’s another version of herself waiting to be uncovered—not created. 💫

Let’s uncover your glow.

✨ She doesn’t arrive all at once. She arrives one decision at a time.

One boundary.
One uncomfortable choice.
One promise you finally keep to yourself.
One version of you that you decide you’ve officially outgrown.

And then one day… you realize you’ve become HER.

The Glow Journal: Becoming Her From the Inside Out isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about getting intentional about the woman you’re already becoming—and doing the inner work to meet her.

I’ve been quietly creating something that goes much deeper than the word glow might make you think. 👀✨

This is mindset. Confidence. Boundaries. Self-care. Energy. Alignment. And a 30-day reset designed to make you actually practice what you’ve uncovered.

I’m going to share little pieces with you before it officially drops… but I want to know:

When you picture the highest version of YOU… what is one thing HER no longer tolerates? 👇🏽

Save this post. We’re just getting started. 🤍

Confidence in a woman has always made some people uncomfortable — especially when they were taught that femininity was something to hide.

Maybe you grew up hearing:
“Don’t wear too much makeup.”
“Don’t show too much.”
“Don’t be too loud.”
“Don’t think you’re all that.”
“Be humble.”

And sometimes, those messages get passed down from generation to generation until women begin policing other women for doing what they were never comfortable enough — or allowed — to do themselves.

That’s where projection can show up.

A woman who is comfortable in her femininity isn’t automatically seeking attention. A woman who loves beauty, makeup, fashion, softness, sensuality or taking care of herself isn’t less intelligent, less capable or less respectable.

And femininity does not mean weakness.

You can be soft and have boundaries.
You can be nurturing and say NO.
You can wear the heels, the lashes and the lipstick — and still command a room.
You can be independent and still allow yourself to receive.
You can have masculine and feminine energy coexist within you.

You don’t have to dim one part of yourself to prove another.

Sometimes the woman you’re judging is simply giving herself permission to exist in a way you were taught you couldn’t.

And maybe the real work isn’t judging her.

Maybe it’s asking yourself why her confidence makes you uncomfortable. 💭✨

I’ve been quietly working on something that means so much to me… and she’s almost here. ✨📖 The Glow Journal. Coming soon.

Get ready to transform.

Somewhere along the way, taking care of ourselves can become the thing we keep putting off.

Not because we don’t care — but because life gets LIFEY. 😂

Work. Family. Relationships. Responsibilities. Goals. Everybody needing something.

And suddenly, you realize you haven’t really checked in with you.

That’s a big part of what JLZ Coaching is about.

Not becoming an entirely different woman.

It’s taking a look at your beauty, your health, your habits, your confidence and your life — and figuring out what actually needs attention right now.

Sometimes the glow-up is skincare.
Sometimes it’s boundaries.
Sometimes it’s getting your routines together.
Sometimes it’s finally going after something you’ve been talking yourself out of.

And sometimes… it’s all of the above. 🤍

You don’t need a whole new life. You may just need to start showing up differently in the one you already have.
