One of my most happy places.
I was not athletic growing up, i was tough and determined in my tunnel visioned kind of ways but I didn’t even try many sports as I was either being a whimp, I was cold, or I thought it would conflict with my dance training. I now have friends who are pro kitsurfers, surfers, skiers, ball players, and I feel so much in common.
Stand up paddle board is my way of getting a piece of that joy of being present and with nature 💕
And pretending I’m a 🏄‍♀️ (on a flat lake 😂)

Co-contracting quad and hamstring /hip extensors with no lumbar extensor work is soooooo hard.
