We left after the Tuesday class for the Ramble in Central Park. We wanted to get an epic photo with the lake behind us and the NYC nighttime skyline lit up.

We got ambushed by a wild horde of raccoons as we tried to cross the bridge. And then we found the lakeside pavilion occupied by lovers.

We still had a lot of fun! And it was near full moon!

Join us next week!

In our exploration of places for acroyoga photos in NYC, we arrived at 57th Street. It's lined with luxury stores, who spend oodles of money on their store displays. House of Dior spent a huge amount of money on a sculptural artist to create those melted street furniture items.

As we had two strong acro monkeys, we explored flags and levers.

Join us next time after the Tuesday class!

We went to Minnewaska State Park for acroyoga, photos, and hiking.

It was a bus ride from Port Authority to New Platz followed by taxi ride to Minnewaska.

We circled a lake before going to a waterfall. And then rain poured us out.

We had a very fun group.

There is still a bit of summer left. We have weekend outings pretty much every weekend for the rest of summer

We did an acro hike to Madame Brett Falls in Beacon.

What is an acro hike? We go on a day trip with a little hike in nature. And every chance we get, we stop to do acroyoga and take photos.

For this particular one, we took the Metro North for a beautiful train ride along the Hudson River. We did a one-mile-hike to Madame Brett Falls. We jumped on the water. And we finished the day off on a river beach at the Hudson.

We have acroyoga day trips scheduled for the rest of the summer.

We did our first photoshoot on Times Square for acroyoga.

It was quite a thrill to run into the street when the light turned red, strike a pose, and listen for the comrades counting down to zero as the next wave of cars was approaching.

We usually go to scenic Manhattan locations after the Tuesday class for a photoshoot.

We went back for a third time to Little Island for a photoshoot after the acroyoga class.

Some of the highlights were that we made three-headed dragons.

And we also had a paper-rock-scissors face off. Two base-flyer pairs faced each other. The flyers played paper-rock-scissors. The winners got to stay. And the losers got replaced by the next challengers.

I don't have all the insta handles, DM me if you want to be tagged.

Some in ocean footage from our acroyoga trip to Fort Tilden Beach.

You see not perfect poses but the mess of trying things while the waves push us around. The big fun of being in the ocean is how messy it gets. When I went with a friend on a bigger wave day, we had a hard time simply holding onto each other before going up.

Join us on the next thing. We are going to Rockaway Beach on Saturday.

Yesterday was a lesson of plans keep changing. The original photoshoot location was too far for people. Then we got rained out while the weather report still insisted that there shouldn't be a drop of rain.

We did a bold move and went into the Hudson Yards mall. They are very fancy with high end brands like Rolex. And security all over NYC often asks us to leave once they see a camera and a group doing acrobatics.

Our plan was to look like we know what we are doing, to quickly hit a pose, and move on to keep a low profile.

These young guys saw us and got inspired. They started copying us in the rowdiest and loudest way. Then they started wildly throwing their shoes around.

We quickly moved on. Neither they nor is got kicked out. Maybe, we can take things further next time.

That's the story why we don't have they many photos this time.

Join us for the class and photoshoot next Tuesday!
