A little behind the scenes nerd moment 💻
Developing a new holster model is way more complicated than just slapping a gun in a piece of foam. We build and dial in our holster tooling to the smallest details, so they fit like a glove.
We've upgraded a lot of tooling recently as we have learned new things and we are continuing to add new models, as well as improve our already existing lineup.
Like ol 50 says "improve your holsters, or die trying"... or something like that.

🚨 APPENDIX HOLSTER UPDATE
Earlier this year we discontinued and stopped offering our PLUS ONE holster that we started making in 2022. It was an old, outdated commercial design that was not up to par with the same standard of products we offer today. We removed this without any real explanation or announcement that we were going to stop selling it, or what we were doing to replace it.
We've been prototyping a new appendix holster design since early last year (2025) and we have tested and absolutely scrapped multiple designs and navigated down various paths that ultimately lead us to where we are now.
We THINK we have landed on a design that is going to do everything we want it to do - but we are still no where near release. This is the biggest project we have ever done and it involves switching to full CNC machining, injection molding and manufacturing of various parts in house and through other suppliers. We have the design in a functional prototype state and we are starting to contact and send out samples under NDA to be trialed and tested. We will continue to make design adjustments / tweaks based on experiences of what we, and other people find.
As of now, we have no concrete ETA on release date but my hopes would be no later than summer next year.
We can confirm though that it's a complete holster unit, designed with every tiny detail to be ran and carried as a firearm + mag holster - we didn't want to just slap a mag carrier onto our AREN ELITE with some tegris and call it day.
