Stay after everyone else leaves to ask, “How are you really doing?” They celebrate quietly, encourage generously, and open doors without needing anyone to know they were the one holding them open.

Years later, the people they believed in become leaders, mentors, mothers, business owners, and changemakers themselves.

That’s how one woman’s encouragement can reach people she’ll never meet.
