on-demand offerings are important to us because we deeply understand the schedule chaos that is so often a part of being a musician. last minute rehearsals, eating while driving - been there. sometimes a regularly scheduled class just isn’t in the cards.

but you can access a 5 minute breathing class on your drive to the venue. or a fifteen minute stretch break at lunch. maybe you have a free evening and want to indulge in a 60 minute restorative class before bed.
