I saw Jeff Cavalier doing these so I figured why not try them. They look like rows with bad form but they target the middle and rear delts. They definitely do the job.

Ive been working on connective tissue strength lately, so the weight is a bit lighter but I'm doing pause reps in tbe 6-8 rep range.
