My vision is to take away the
Stigma that Women and Men all over the wold have to go through as a Survivor of Rape, Abuse and Domestic Violence. I utilize Meditation, Music, Yoga and other Healing Arts with traditional talk therapy to help Clients find tangible and easy ways to do their work. I am a deeply Spiritual being, Empathic Intuitive and Ordained Interfaith Minister for the past 8 years. I am very respectful of others and will not discuss my Spiritual Beliefs. However I am open and respectful of my clients feeling comfortable discussing theirs if they choose to do so. I use my diverse background and over 20 years of experience working with Survivors, their loved Ones and with people who have been feeling “stuck” due to trauma or belief systems that do not serve them. It is an honor to be able to provide a safe place where Survivors of all types can regenerate, reenergize and Re-Claim their beautiful lives! It is my belief is that a blend of any of these Healing Arts tools such as
Body movement, Energy Work, Writing,Meditation,Music along with talk therapy is a good way to help you start taking positive steps to move forward.
