Do this drill on the range before your rounds to feel the difference of allowing the hands to lower first.

Start slow with a ball on a tee if need then increase speed.

With driver optimal is just a little higher than middle to get higher launch and lower spin.

With irons it’s middle to a touch under.

With wedges to hit lower launching higher spin it’s lower on the face, obviously not a thin shot just lower and you can work on all this with some feedback.
