Chris has a background in multiple martial arts and is a 7th generation η™½ηœ‰ PAK MEI Kung Fu instructor. In 1974, η™½ηœ‰ PAK MEI Kung Fu was first taught openly in NYC by the late Master Kwong Man Fong with encouragement from Grandmaster Cheung Lai Chun's son - Cheung Bing Fatt - to spread the arts' true teachings. 沖换 Chueng Choi or the Spear Jab is one of PAK MEI's fundamental entries.

The students here are working on the body mechanics of chaining the entry into a cross up hand trap, and back trip sequence. Followed by partnered work at varying degrees of resistance.
