I had some paper laying around that some guys had started to tag up with a pen. had written out Meseroll on one of the pieces and I thought it looked pretty good.

I asked him if he would be interested in doing a little drawing, maybe for a shirt or sticker, and he came back the next day with a really great design.

We translated the design to a digital file.

Tweaked the colors a touch for screen print and sent it over to to get printed.

A couple days later, an idea had formed into a product homegrown and built by BMX.

We have been lucky to work with some great artists over the years, most of which are riders. I love telling a story that shows someone’s ability off the bike.

BMX is a gateway to so many subcultures. And in NYC we have the most diverse, multi-faceted community. The fact that is not only a rider, but someone who has been around since day one of Meseroll, made this a no-brainer.
