Hi! My name is Sabrina, a Yonkers born and raised girl! I have been a group fitness instructor for over ten years, specializing in boxing, kickboxing, HIIT, and strength and conditioning based workouts. I have a huge passion for group fitness and love the energy, passion, and dedication that is poured into it by others and myself. I have been an athlete my entire life, and on my down time I love to play soccer, be outdoors especially by the water. You can also find me training myself in the gym on a consistent basis. I also love spending quality time with my family and friends. Let’s Rumble!
She is teaching on Thursday’s at 7am, Friday’s at 5:30pm, Sunday’s at 9:30am & 12:30pm. LETS GO! 🔥🥊
