She may look sweet, but underneath that smile is someone with the tenacity, focus, grit, and determination to be an "A" student week after week. She is always working hard to challenge herself and her improved form, posture, strength, and stamina speak for itself. We are so proud of your progress and consistency Carol! 🤩🥁🎉 Drumroll please.... We're ending this week with a HUGE celebration - Cherie hit her 250th class at PCPS! 🎉🥁🤩

Always showing up with a huge smile and positive attitude, Cherie has put fitness as a priority her entire life and adding Pilates to the mix has helped her training so much. She has been working hard to perfect her technique and alignment both in & out of the studio and we're so proud of her growth and attention to detail. We're so grateful you joined our community and have since been reaping the benefits! We can't wait to tackle the next 250 with you! 🔥💕🙌

✨😍🎉 Feeling extra sweet & special getting to celebrate Jo on hitting her 50th class at PCPS this week! 🎉😍✨

Jo started classes earlier this year, sticking with Pilates Mat at first to build foundational strength & technique, but recently "jumped" into our Strength/Cardio 🥵💪classes and is killing it! 🤩🔥 We are so proud of her consistency, and love to see how much stronger she gotten in these past 50 classes. Cheers to you for sticking with it & challenging yourself! Now on to the next 50! 🙌

🎉🤩🎉 We can't finish the week without recognizing Judy for hitting her 50th PCPS Group Class! Way to go!!! 🎉🤩🎉

Judy has been dedicated to Pilates and has attended not only group classes, but several private/duet sessions over the past few years while working and maintaining a busy schedule. Always one to greet with you a big smile and encourage a friend or two to join her, we are so grateful Judy walked through our doors and keeps returning week after week! 🙌🎉💯 We are thrilled to be ending the week with yet another member joining the 100 class club - way to GEAUX Colleen! 💯🎉🙌

Even with a few challenges thrown her way over the past two years, Colleen never lost focus on her goals. Each class she comes determined to get stronger, work harder, and gain more confidence and joy through the freedom consistent movement brings! 😍💯🔥We LOVE to see another client hit another milestone, and yesterday JoAnn hit her 100th class at PCPS! 🔥💯😍

JoAnn has been such a joy to have in class, and has been working consistently these past few years. From prioritizing stretch every Monday, and ending the week focusing on the details in Pilates Circuit, we've seen such a transformation through her 100 classes. What a milestone to achieve and be proud of - Keep up the hard work Jo! 💪🎉

Also note, SATURDAYS are BACK!!! Join Kylene Stephens and Casey Myers every Saturday this month - class styles change week to week, so pre-sign up ahead of time for all your favorites!

Don't forget, every Thursday morning, Madilyn Cashio is in Studio B teaching a PCPS favorite - Stretch Flow @ 8:15am, and Mat Circuit at 9:15am.

A dedicated teacher, Cherie has been striving to make more time for herself this summer break, and we're so excited to finally get to celebrate her hard work as she hits her 50th class! Always focused and willing to push herself or adjust with modifications, Cherie is such a joy to have in class because she truly listens to her body and challenges it's limits. Michel has been working hard the last two years getting classes in either before or after work so we are beyond happy to celebrate her success & dedication!
