We have multiple class times to choose from daily with childcare available at most! Come check us out! CLASS TIMES

Today, was our 1 Mile run re-test, and we saw a lot of great runs and NEW PRs!!! Way to go Tribe!

What a special Saturday! Today, current members welcomed more of our neurodiverse community into our gym to experience functional fitness for the first time!

We had the privilege of witnessing our new friends with the help of coaches, peers, and caregivers overcome fear and frustrations as they worked through the motor planning needed to workout. And seeing them walk in a little apprehensive, but leave smiling and proud of what they accomplished was a huge encouragement to our team!
