This is what experience looks like. šŸ‘

The arena is riding better than ever thanks to DK Dirt Works & Welding taking the time to get our equipment dialed in and the footing exactly where we wanted it.

If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work—whether it’s dirt work or welding—we highly recommend giving DK a call!

✨ A huge thank you to DK Dirt Works & Welding! ✨

There’s a lot more to creating great arena footing than simply moving dirt. It takes patience, precision, and someone who truly understands the equipment and the end result.

We are incredibly grateful to DK Dirt Works & Welding for taking the time to get our new equipment dialed in while rebuilding the base of our arena. The care and attention to detail that went into this project is something we’re truly thankful for, and we can’t wait for everyone to enjoy the difference.

Supporting local businesses that support our community is something we’re proud to do. Thank you for helping make M6 Ranch even better!

Stay tuned for our next post to see the finished footing… it’s worth the wait! 🤩

One more thank you… ā¤ļø

To my husband, Preston McCormick.

Anyone who knows us knows horses aren’t really his thing. šŸ˜„ He works at UPS and is gone 65–70 hours a week, so when he actually gets a Saturday off, I’m sure a horse show isn’t exactly how he’d choose to spend it.

But yesterday, he showed up anyway.

He hauled things, fixed things, moved things, made sure I had food and water, and jumped in whenever I needed an extra set of hands. He even survived the hospitality side of things… and that’s definitely not his favorite job. šŸ˜‚

Thank you for stepping outside your comfort zone to support something that’s important to me. It means more than you know.

I love you, and I appreciate you more than I probably say often enough. ā¤ļø

ā¤ļø Some partnerships just work. ā¤ļø

People often ask how we’re able to pull off these shows, and the truth is… no one does something like this alone!

While M6 Ranch is my dream, Bre Kelley has become an incredible partner in bringing that dream to life through our Ranchy Summer Show Series. We each have different strengths, different perspectives, and different responsibilities, and somehow they fit together in a way that makes each event stronger.

When one of us is putting out fires, the other is keeping things moving. When one of us has an idea, the other helps turn it into reality. We trust each other, support each other, and share the same goal—to create a place where people feel welcome, encouraged, and excited to be part of something special.

None of this happens without countless conversations, late nights, problem-solving, planning, laughing, and occasionally wondering what we’ve gotten ourselves into. šŸ˜‚ But every show reminds us exactly why we do it.

Bre, thank you for believing in this vision, for sharing your heart, your time, and your talents, and for standing beside me every step of the way. I couldn’t ask for a better teammate, and I’m so excited to keep building the future of the Ranchy Summer Show Series and the M6 Ranch community together.

Here’s to many more shows, big dreams, and making memories along the way. ā¤ļøšŸ“

✨ It Takes a Village… and We Have the Best One! ✨
Every successful horse show is about so much more than what happens in the show pen. It takes an incredible team of people working behind the scenes, and we are so thankful for ours.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to Addy Webster, Charlotte Webster, Marie Hurd, Kris TroxelCliff Kelley, and Jamie Wills for giving your time, your energy, and your hearts to M6 Ranch and our Ranchy Summer Show Series.
Each of you stepped in wherever you were needed—whether it was running paperwork, helping in the show office, setting up, answering questions, solving problems, keeping things moving, or tackling the countless little tasks that most people never see. Your willingness to jump in without hesitation is what helped make our July 4th show such a success.
The best volunteers are the ones who don’t ask, ā€œIs this my job?ā€ They simply see what needs to be done and do it. That describes every one of you.
Thank you for believing in what we’re building at M6 Ranch and for helping create a fun, welcoming experience for our exhibitors, families, and spectators. We appreciate each of you more than words can say, and we’re so grateful to have you on this journey with us.
ā¤ļøšŸ¤šŸ’™ Thank you for being part of the M6 Ranch family! 🐓

They say one of the greatest joys of being a parent is watching your children grow into capable, confident adults. Yesterday, I got to experience exactly that.

Lilly ran our show office for the very first time, and I honestly couldn’t be more proud. Everything was organized, efficient, and ran so smoothly. There were so many moving parts behind the scenes, and she handled them with confidence, professionalism, and grace.

As her mom, my heart was absolutely bursting. Watching her step into such a big responsibility and absolutely own it reminded me just how much she’s grown. It was one of those moments I’ll never forget.

I joke… but honestly, if something ever happened to me tomorrow, I know this place would be in good hands. That’s an incredibly comforting feeling for a mom.

Lilly, thank you for all of your hard work, your dedication, and for caring about M6 Ranch as much as you do. I am beyond proud of the woman you’ve become. ā¤ļø

While the rest of us were looking for shade… Joshua Tankersley volunteered to sit on top of a platform in the HOT Idaho July sun with a microphone. šŸ˜…ā˜€ļø

Thanks for donating your holiday, keeping us on track, and helping make our show a success. We couldn’t have done it without you! šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡øšŸŽ¤
