Yoga is more than poses. It's a way of living. 🪷
Living Yoga Teacher Training (LYTT) is an immersive exploration of the practices that have guided yoga for thousands of years. Together we'll study movement, breath, meditation, mantra, philosophy, and community—not simply to become better yoga practitioners, but to become more present, resilient, and connected in everyday life.
Whether you hope to teach or simply want to deepen your own practice, LYTT offers a supportive environment to learn, grow, and discover what's possible.
