Pyramid - Parsvottanasana 🔼
This version of a standing forward fold stretches the hamstrings and hips and strengthens stability.
Blocks are a helpful tool (as always!) to find the best depth for you-- one that is challenging, but not painful.
Once you feel balanced and stable in pyramid pose, you can introduce an additional challenge by trying a half bind or reverse prayer to stretch your shoulders and strengthen your core.
