Welcome to New Orleans, Rocco!

Rocco Gasparro has joined the Allstate Sugar Bowl as Senior Director of Communications. In his new role, he will oversee the organization's communications strategy, media relations, and public relations efforts, helping elevate the Sugar Bowl's brand and public profile.

Gasparro comes to New Orleans after 23 years at the University of Louisville, where he served as Director of Media Relations and the primary communications contact for the Cardinals' football and men's golf programs. During his tenure, he worked 18 bowl games, including Louisville's appearances in the 2007 Orange Bowl and the 2013 Sugar Bowl, the program's only two Bowl Championship Series games.
