Over the years,I’ve been blessed experience many beautiful moments. One that will always hold a special place in my heart is creating Essence of the Flower.
It was born from a simple intention: to create a space where women could soften. A place where they could arrive exactly as they were—sharing their stories, shedding tears, laughing, breathing deeply, and remembering they were never alone.
Watching women bloom in their own time reminded me that we all flourish when we’re met with compassion, presence, and community. That experience has left an imprint on my heart, and I’ll always be grateful for every woman who stepped into that circle.
Some of the most meaningful things we create aren’t measured by how long they last, but by the love they leave behind.

What a beautiful evening. I had the honor of sharing some of my Vibrational Kitchen recipes while talking about the frequency of food, our relationship with eating, and how the energy we bring to our meals can nourish so much more than our bodies. One of my favorite moments was guiding everyone through a simple blueberry meditation, a gentle reminder that even one mindful bite can reconnect us to the present moment. Thank you to everyone who came out, listened, tasted, and shared in the experience. Your presence made the evening so special. A heartfelt thank you to Christine and Sofiya for hosting such a beautiful gathering and creating a space where we could come together through food, conversation, and connection. My heart is full, and I’m so grateful to have shared this experience with all of you.

Yoga has been a transformative companion through my grief, teaching my body the gentle strength it needs and showing me that my mat is a sanctuary. I can finally call myself a yogi without feeling like an imposter. Now, my journey continues through this new season of grief.

Grief changes the way you move through everything… even food. Some days I eat to survive the feeling, other days I eat and remember that life is still offering me small moments of sweetness.
