and Thurs. 6:00 - 7:15 pm, Sat. 10:00-11:30 am. We also offer beginning classes 30 minutes before all regular classes.

Chayon Nola is pleased to announce a sparring clinic held by champion Master Carl Lynch at 6:00 pm on Thursday, July 16. All of our students are encouraged to attend. It will be a great class!

Our group picture with all the medals at the PAMA TKD Championship tournament on Staurday March 28. Thanks to the hosting schools for giving us an opportunity to participate!!! Participants -10. Medals- 8 gold, 5 silver, 6 bronze!
