J’étais au bal - A Cajun Music and Dance Fais-Do-Do
Friendly in Berwyn transformed into a classic Louisiana Fais-Do-Do! Co-hosted by local musician Jimmie Sit and Louisiana native Brandon Broussard, this was a perfect summer celebration for lovers of traditional roots music, great food, and social dancing.

Etiquette Workshop
Workshop: Asking, Answering & Listening to Yourself in Social Dance
Purpose:
To explore the communication that happens before, during, and after a dance and help dancers become more confident recognizing their own choices, another person’s response, and the verbal and nonverbal information exchanged between them.
The workshop revolves around 6 questions:
1- How do I ask?
2- How do I say no?
3- Should I ask again?
4- What am I feeling?
5- Where am I feeling this?
6- Your own question…
Date: September 20 from 2p - 3:30p
