1996 KISS Concert 🎸

On July 9th, 1996 KISS performed at the superdome. This massive show was part of their historic Alive/Worldwide Reunion Tour, which brought the original four members back together in full makeup. It was one of the largest U.S. crowds of their entire tour.

1990 Janet Jackson Concert 🎤

On July 8th, 1990 Janet Jackson brought her historic Rhythm Nation World Tour 1990 to the Superdome. R&B artist Chuckii Booker served as the opening act for this date on her debut headlining tour. The show was famously split into acts, featuring complex choreography inspired by the Broadway-style stage design. It was the most successful debut concert tour in history at that time.
