This is a mini Immersion, just an afternoon into evening. With more time, we can sink a little deeper into the softness our souls desire. We have time to flake off the crusty armor of persona and personality that protects us our day to day dealing with the world. We can spend more consecutive moments connecting breath with movement and sweep away the cobwebs that tangle our soft tissue, so we can discover freedom and flow. Periods of Rest linger longer because our time together is not so short. Sharing a simple meal is a moment to surface and connect through the common understanding that food is life. DM for details.
