Kimberly’s path into yoga wasn’t a straight line. After years as a lawyer in high pressure environments, she followed a deeper calling toward mindfulness, healing, and transformation. Today, she brings both wisdom and warmth to her teaching, creating spaces that are grounded, thoughtful, and genuinely accessible. With over 40 years of personal practice, brings depth, wisdom, and lived experience to every class she teaches. She is the founder of , where she has been guiding students for more than 12 years. Her work extends beyond the classes through the facilitation of five 200 hour yoga teacher trainings, a 300 hour YTT in January 2027, and over a dozen local and international retreats designed to inspire healing, connection, and transformation.
Her first book-focused on Iodine and remineralization, and holistic healing is set to be released soon, expanding her mission of helping others reclaim vibrant health, balance and vitality from the inside out.
