The Alpha teens, guided by Coach Ludwig, are putting in the work and preparing strong for the upcoming races. At the same time, our seniors and masters are getting ready to represent at La Carrera del Pacรญfico in Cali, Colombia ๐ฆ๐ผ๐จ๐ด.
From the youngest athletes to the most experienced runners, the passion, discipline and team spirit were all there.

After almost 3 years, the Aruba Athletic Federation is proud to host the 61st National Championship once again ๐๐
Congratulations to Cheche and Lordkaan for winning 1st place in the 400m in their respective categories. ๐ฅ๐ฅ
The championships continue through Saturday, so let's come together and support all our athletes, from the youngest competitors to the mastersโwho have trained hard and given their all. Medal Monday is still going strong ๐
The day isnโt over yet and we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible achievements of our teammates who stepped up to the challenge and proudly represented us at the Guardian Group 10K and 6K๐๐ผ๐ฏ๐.
A huge congratulations to Duty for an outstanding 2nd-place overall finish in the 10K๐ฅ What a remarkable performance. Special recognition also goes to Dy-onn of Alpha Team, under the guidance of Coach Ludwig, for earning a fantastic 3rd-place overall finish๐ฅ and to Ruliano for crossing the line in an impressive 4th place overall๐

The success continued in the 6K, where Peter powered his way to 1st place overall, with Jurrien right behind him in 2nd place overall. And a very special shout-out to Ria, our youngest team member, who delivered an incredible performance to secure 2nd place overall in the women's 6K category. What an achievement๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐๐๐ผ

What an incredible and memorable 8th edition of the KLM Weekend KLM Aruba Marathon
The festivities started on Saturday with the 5K and continued today with the 10K, Half Marathon and Full Marathon, bringing together runners from near and far for a weekend full of energy, determination and outstanding performances๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐๐ป๐ฏ.
A huge congratulations to Dy-Onn of the Alpha Team, under the guidance of Coach Ludwig, for an exceptional victory in the 10K and for setting a new personal best๐๐ผ๐. Your hard work, dedication and perseverance continue to pay off. Keep pushing the limits and inspiring others to do the same๐๐
Special recognition also goes to our teammate Daniel, who traveled all the way from the Netherlands๐ฑ๐บ to take on the challenge in the warm Caribbean sun๐. With excellent pacing support from Jethro, Daniel secured 4rd place in his age category. A fantastic achievement by both athletes and a great example of teamwork and sportsmanship๐๐ผ.
Congratulations to Peter as well for achieving a new personal best in the Half Marathon๐ฅ๐ฆฟ. Every PB is a reflection of countless hours of training, discipline and commitment. Well deserved๐ฏ๐๐ผ

Easy training session today at the GPT Stadion as we continue tapering for the upcoming KLM Aruba Marathon Weekend๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ. We were joined by a track and field athlete from the USA, NL on vacation and another athlete from Argentina who is also tapering for upcoming races๐บ๐ธ๐ณ๐ฑ๐ฆ๐ท.
