We’d like to welcome you to Elite Gymnastics Center located in New Milford, CT at 458 Danbury Rd right off Route 7 next to New Milford High School! Our mission at the gym is to help nurture healthy athletes that are emotionally, physically, and mentally prepared for all of the challenges that life brings! We teach our athletes to strive for excellence in all facets of their lives, and believe that gymnastics is a great recourse for learning about failure and success! We believe if you have fun and work hard, you are a winner. We hope to inspire all of our athletes to follow their dreams and live happy, healthy lives!

She brings with her 20 yrs of coaching experience in competitive, recreational and preschool programs. As our gymnastics programs are growing rapidly we are able to continue expanding our class offerings. Check out out new additions to our morning preschool class offerings.
