Hi, my name is Alysha.
Freezone has been way more than just a gym for me! It gave me friendships, it helped me get my body back after having kids and has made me feel STRONG! I’m so thankful for the class instructors that have taught me so much over the past 3 years! So many laughs have been had and the atmosphere is great!! I highly recommend this gym for the fact that it’s affordable, has a lot to offer between different types of classes of all skill levels and even friendships that’ll last a lifetime!
