Reminder! Put it on your calendar!!! August 1st, Whaling City Athletic club will be hosting a Farmers Carry Challenge. The strength competitions at Whaling City are for anyone and everyone! It is a day meant to raise money for scholarships, while encouraging fellow athletes and friends to do something they have never done before. My goal at every single competition I run is for every competitor to hit a personal record, and lift more than they ever had prior to the competition. The last competition we ran, we achieved exactly that! You can sign up for the competition on the Whaling city website. I will also place the link below so you can simply click and sign up!!!
