What an incredible experience at Gracie Barra New Lenox! 🥋🔺

We had the honor of hosting an amazing seminar with Professor Sergio Costa ⚜️ , bringing our team together for a day filled with high-level Jiu-Jitsu, incredible techniques, great energy, and even stronger connections on the mats.

Professor Sergio shared his knowledge and experience with our students, giving everyone the opportunity to learn, grow, and take their Jiu-Jitsu to another level. 🙏

We also celebrated our belt grading, recognizing the hard work, dedication, consistency, and progress of our students. Congratulations to everyone who earned a new belt, stripes, and moved forward in rank! Every promotion represents countless hours on the mats and a commitment to becoming better every day. 💪🥋

More than anything, this was a day of team, family, growth, and unforgettable memories.
