Huge thank you to the New Lenox School District 122 PTO, Wellness Committee, and New Lenox Safe Community Coalition for inviting Body Mechanix Fitness to be part of the 5K Run/Walk for Mental Health & Wellness yesterday!
It may have been a chilly start, but it turned into a beautiful day filled with great energy. We had an amazing time, met so many awesome people, and loved connecting with a community that truly values mental, physical, and nutritional wellness.
Events like this are a powerful reminder of the impact that education, movement, and self-care can have on lifelong health. We’re grateful to have been a part of it 💪
