As the Paramount project continues to move forward, we want to keep our community informed every step of the way, not just about the progress, but about the real benefits this thoughtfully planned neighborhood will bring to Clarkstown.

Paramount Country Club is proud to announce a visionary residential development in Clarkstown with the goal of preserving green space while enhancing community life.

In an innovative step towards sustainable development and community enrichment, a new residential project is being proposed on excess land. The project provides several substantial benefits to the residents of Clarkstown including absolute preservation of green space through deed restriction, increased net tax revenue of over $3,000,000 a year, and housing for first responders.

The planned residential development has been designed with a thoughtful approach that will ensure the preservation of the area’s scenic charm along Zukor Road. The new development will maintain Clarkstown's character and offer a compatible residential expansion that aligns with community values.
