Race day emotions- high highs and low lows…

Started out the day qualifying P9. Pre-final race was going amazing and then I got bumped and spun in a corner on lap 12 of 14 and dropped from 7 to 25, I fought hard the last 2 to end at 23.

Due to a penalty shuffle- I started the final P22 and had a good start but couldn’t gain ground out of the middle of the pack and lost some ground to finish at P29.

Not happy with the outcome but tomorrow I’m coming back for another day of racing and planning on getting up front and staying there!

Excited to run winter warm-up this weekend after a great day of practice!

First day at Kart Week Daytona International Speedway and my first time ever running a mini ROK! Qualified P13 after getting stuck in some traffic, ran better in the prefinal heat (P12) and took a chance in the last corner of the last lap with a pass and pulled out a P10 finish! So excited for this opportunity and I can’t wait to run my miniswift on Wednesday!
