Justin recently completed a 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿, spending two seasons at 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝗮𝘀 𝗔&𝗠 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 before finishing his final two seasons at 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝗮𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆.

Sarah Massengale and Lexi Smith!

Sarah has been a huge part of The Vault from the very beginning - from the initial idea and concept to everything it took to design it & turn the 4 bare walls into a training facility athletes can call home. She has been there through the long days, late nights, sweat, grind, problem-solving, and countless ideas that helped turn a vision into what The Vault is today. Simply put, The Vault would not exist without Sarah and the tremendous amount of time, heart, and work she has poured into it.

We welcomed Lexi to the Vault this summer - truly a blessing to our Vault family. She stepped into the Assistant Manager role and never blinked before taking a huge load off Sarah and Dana's plates. She jumped right in, learned the day-to-day operations, took ownership, and quickly became someone we know we can count on.

Lexi has also helped bring softball to The Vault. In such a short amount of time, she has already made a tremendous impact on young female athletes throughout our softball community. Through her experience, knowledge of the game, and genuine investment in these girls, she has helped create an environment where young softball players can learn, compete, build confidence, and have strong female leadership to look up to. We are excited to see the softball side of The Vault continue to grow with Lexi helping lead the way.
