TONIGHT! The City of New Braunfels is hosting an open house Public input meeting from 6 - 8pm at the New Braunfels Civic & Convention Center. This is your chance to participate in the planning process, helping to shape a transportation system that works for all ages and abilities. Come by and check it out! And please offer any insight or input you’ve got!
If you can’t make tonight, you have a 2nd chance on April 21st.

Christmas morning the tree was lit, the presents were wrapped, and there it was—a Schwinn Lemon Peeler gleaming like a holiday miracle! Captain Kangaroo himself often encouraged kids to get outside and ride, teaming up with Schwinn to spread the joy of cycling. That banana seat and slick tire weren’t just cool—they were iconic. The best ride Santa could bring!

We don’t usually post things like this, but here we are.

For the past 14 years, this shop has been more than a place to buy bikes. It’s been a meeting point, a repair stop, a first-bike moment, a last-minute fix before a ride, and a small piece of this community.

This year has been tough—tougher than we expected. Rising costs, slower sales, and a challenging industry have made it harder than ever to keep the doors open and the lights on. As we head into Christmas, we’re honestly struggling to make ends meet.

If you’ve ever brought a bike here, shared a conversation, trusted us with a repair, or simply believe in supporting local businesses—we could really use your help right now.
