Project Heroes First is proud to announce its newest fundraising sponsor, and it’s going to move the needle in a big way for the Hero PTSD research with Texas A&M ACE Labs.

Through this partnership, PHF offer discounted promo race tickets available in the US — Sprint, Super, Beast, and even the full Trifecta — are being auctioned off to fuel the expansion of the Paladin Program, the backbone of Project Heroes First’s mental health and resilience initiatives. It’s an investment in real PTSD research, conducted by Texas A&M’s ACE Labs, one of the nation’s leading human factors and mental health research teams.

As Project Heroes First continues to grow and strengthen the Uniform Community of Texas, we hosted two incredible raffle contests to help expand our mission.

We extend our sincere gratitude to and for their outstanding collaboration in donating a brand‑new PMS 5 Strength Erg, awarded to our AI‑selected winner and fellow Project Heroes First Hero, .

Our second raffle featured a mystery gift card from Aggie Outfitters, awarded to Mrs. Gebhardt, a Marine and Bryan PD spouse representing the heart of AggieLand College Station.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support our mission and stand with the heroes who serve Texas.

On June 17, 2026, Texas lost one of its own. Trooper Sergio Romero of the Texas State Police tragically lost his life in a collision involving a tractor‑trailer.

Project Heroes First will honor Trooper Romero’s service and sacrifice through our Hero Workouts and our Wall of Heroes, ensuring his name and legacy remain part of our community.

We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and fellow officers as they navigate this difficult time. We stand next to our brothers and sisters of the State Police in support.
