🤠 CENTRAL TEXAS FRIDAY NIGHT THROWDOWN 26 IS HERE 🤠

This June, Sporthalle is teaming up with Aftermath, LOKAL, and Elevation for a 4-week Friday night competition series across Central Texas — and we want YOU there.

📅 THE SCHEDULE:
June 5 — Aftermath
June 12 — LOKAL
June 19 — Elevation
June 26 — Sporthalle (Series Finale: Big Back Attack 🔥)

Whether you want to COMPETE or just come CHEER — we want you at every single one of these.

This is what community looks like. Four gyms, four weeks, one big family showing up for each other.

🔥 POWERBUILDING @ SPORTHALLE
Our 6-week Powerbuilding program is designed to help you build real, measurable strength and muscle — safely and effectively.

This is the sweet spot between powerlifting + bodybuilding so you can lift heavy, build muscle, and feel confident in your body.

✔️ Expert coaching every class
✔️ Structured progression (no guessing)
✔️ Strength-only training (no cardio)
✔️ All levels welcome — beginners to experienced lifters

Most members add 1–2 lbs of muscle each cycle.
